2 weeks of kids yoga classes for each age group!
Kids Yoga is a great way for children to
~ Learn about and connect to their bodies through movement
~ Learn mindfulness and ways to Breathe and Calm themselves through stressful moments
~ Increase confidence
~ Improve focus or concentration
~ Begin healthy habits to carry them throughout their lives
March 4 & 11 at 10a-10:45a for 3-4 year olds
March 18 & 25 10a-10:45a for 5-8 year olds
If you have siblings who would be in opposing groups you do have the option to have them attend the same 2 week class.
